In light of today's outright attack on state sovereignty and individual liberty, as handed down by the Supreme Court Jesters regarding ObamaCare, everyone please read what Thomas Jefferson asserts is the remedy for usurpation of power by the Federal Government. Specifically, in section 8 of the referenced link, Jefferson refers to nullification as the proper way to respond to federal tyranny.

Folks, it's time.

It's time for Americans to do whatever is necessary to restore constitutional government to the United States of America. It's time for the Governor and Idaho Legislature to get off their collective rear ends and nullify unconstitutional federal mandates, starting with ObamaCare.
